Today has been a fun but crazy day. After waking up at six a.m. and doing my accounting homework, I then went and got a hair cut and prepped myself for an envigorating experience. I was going to meet Jay Cutler! For those who do not keep up on body building, he by far is one of the best looking body builders out there in the pro circuit and he continually is a top contender for the Mr. Olympia title. To me, he is kind of like a role model. Even though I know that I could never be as big as he is, when ever I see him I get driven to lift better and to dig harder. In a way, I can actually kind of relate to him because he has blonde hair and blue eyes just like I do. He also said that when he was a lot younger he was pretty small kinda like I was. But when you meet him it is very exihlarating. I mean it just looks crazy! Words cannot describe how awesome it was just to be around him. Another thing that I thought was really cool is that in all the pics you see of these guys, you would think that there egos are the size of their biceps. In all actuality, Jay was really, really nice and very talkative atleast to me. We were laughing and joking together and so I had a blast with him. I think the ultimate thing for me would be working out with someone like that. To get as big as he is, you half to have unbelievable intensity and dedication and I think it would be a moving experience.
But the rest of the day my step dad, mother, girl friend, and I have been battling my christmas tree. To understand this you have to know that we have a 15 foot artificial tree and this sucker is huge and top heavy. In the past we have never had any problems but for some reason this year we have had a terrible time with it. In fact we had to lay it over while my mom and the GF went out to hopefully find another stand that would do a better job. Unfortunatley they were taking to long and we were forced to put it down on its side. My parrents are going out to dinner the rest of the night so I don't know what the GF and I are going to do. I'll keep you updated on the christmas tree situation.
